Pork ribs - 1 kg
Honey - 3 tbsps
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
Ketchup - 3 tbsp
Mustard - 1 tbsp.
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
Juice of 1 lemon - 1/4 of glass
Pork ribs chopped into several pieces, 4 ribs. Rub with salt and pepper.
Honey mixed with mustard, ketchup, soy sauce, lemon juice, add sugar and oil. Mix well.
