Beef - 800 gr.
Onions (medium) - 1 pc.
Carrots (medium) - 2 pcs.
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.
Flour - 2 tbsp.
Beef broth - 3 tbsp.
Bay leaves - 10 gr.
Chili pepper - 1 tsp
Garlic - 2 hops.
Oil - 1 tsp
Pepper (to taste) - 2 gr.
Salt (to taste) - 2 gr.
Cut the meat into cubes and fry in the oil, stirring constantly.
Finely chopped the onions, grate the carrots.
Add the onions and carrots to the meat.
Add chilli peper, salt and pepper to taste.
Grind the garlic.
Add the garlic, tomato paste and flour in a frying pan and mix thoroughly.
Pour the stew with broth, add the bay leaf, stir thoroughly once again.
Cover and simmer for an hour on low heat.
