Water - 1 l
Onions - 0.5 pc.
Bay leaf - 1 pc.
Fresh or frozen pollack is good for preparing this dish. Frozen should be thawed, cut off the head and tail, fins, gut and wash. Body should be cut into portions. Boil the water, add the onion and bay leaf. Put pollack into the boiling water and boil for 10 minutes.
