Caesar salad with shrimps
Boiled srimps - 100 gr.

Lettuce - 200 gr.
Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tooth.
Cherry tomatoes - 5 pcs.
Parmesan cheese - 15 gr.
White bread - 15 gr.
White bread cut into cubes, spread on a baking sheet.
Slightly dry bread in the oven.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and add chopped into strips the clove of garlic.

Boil shrimps in salted water, cool down, peel.
Hard-boiled the egg, cool down, separate the white from the yolk. Mash white with a fork, add the mayonnaise.
