Fish cakes

Pike perch - 700 gr.
Butter - 30 gr.
Flour - 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil - 5 gr.
Salt - 1/2 tsp

Gill the fish, cut into fillets.
Chop in a blender until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl, add the soft butter, salt and knead well.
Form the patties (fish cakes), roll in flour, put in a greased form.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 200 °C, turn and bake for another 10 minutes.
