Cheese - 150 gr.
Sour cream - 150 gr.
Onion - 100 gr
Pork - 700 gr
Oil - 10 gr.
Potatoes - 1 kg.
Salt (to taste) - 2 gr.
Black pepper (to taste) - 2 gr.

Arrange the sliced potatoes, salt and pepper to taste.
Arrange potatoes on top of pork chops, if necessary add salt and pepper to taste.
Arrange the half rings onion.
Grease the top layer with sour cream.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in a well preheated oven to 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
