Butter - 60 g r
Milk - 500 ml
Onions - 1 pc
Mushrooms (fresh) - 300 g r
Lemon - 1 pc
Wheat flour (the highest grade) - 2 tbsp.
Hard cheese - 200 gr
White onions cut into strips and fry in butter.
Mushrooms cut into thin large slices, add to the onions.
Pour the juice of half a lemon, do not salt, add spices, cover and stew all.
30 gr of butter melt in a pan with a thick bottom, add 2 tbsps.of flour.
Then pour 500 ml of milk, constantly stirring the flour with a spatula. Reduce the heat and let simmer for 30-40 minutes.
At the end, add a bit of nutmeg. Put the mushrooms and onions to the moulds for julienne, add cheese, stir a bit. Pour the sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
