Mushroom cream soup

Fresh Mushrooms (Champignon) - 1 kg.
Forest mushrooms - 500 gr.
Onions (medium) - 2 pcs.
Cream - 0.5 liters.
Milk - 0.5 liter.
Potatoes (medium) - 6 pcs.
Oil - 5 tbsp
Butter - 100 gr.
Water - 0.5 liter.
Parsley (to taste) - 10 gr.
Salt (to taste) - 2 c.
Flavoring(to taste) - 2 c.
Chop mushrooms (champignon), fry in a deep pan with oil and butter.
Next to thechampignon add forest mushrooms, diced onion, salt and pepper to taste, mix well.
Add the cream and milk and cook on low heat.
Boil potatoes, mash it in a blender with water in which it was cooked and placed in a large pan.
Grind mushroom mixture in a blender, add to potato mixture and stir.
When serving decorate soup with parsley.
