Flour - 140 g r
Milk - 200 ml
Egg - 1 pc
Butter - 40 gr
Sugar - 30-50 grs
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Soda - a pinch
Salt - a pinch

Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Then whip the egg, do it for about 3 minutes to get the foam. Then add the milk and mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix gently. Melt the butter and pour it in the batter, and mix again.
Pour small portions of batter into the pan. If the pancakes do not stick to the pan, then to oil is not necessary, if stick,so lightly oil the pan. Bake each pancake for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve with maple syrup, peanut butter or jam.
