In salted water boil the pasta to doneness.
At this time, pour the olive oil in the pan and fry the ham and bacon.
Mix three eggs, cream and all the necessary flavouring in a bowl. Shake a little to smooth. Add the grated cheese and mix.
In a frying pan with ham and bacon add the prepared pasta, mix and add the cream with the eggs. Mix well once again until the pasta will be completely in the cheese and cream.
Arrange on plates and sprinkle with grated cheese and rocket.
