Pea soup without meat
Peas - 1 glass.
Potatoes - 3 pcs.
Carrot - 1 pc.
Onions - 1 pc.
Oil - 2 tbsp
Water - 3 liters.
Salt - 8 g.
Bay leaf - 1 pc.
Dill - 10 g.
Presoak peas before going to bed, pre-rinsing under running water.
Cut the onion and carrot into small pieces and fry with oil.
Pour cold water in a pan, put peas there. Bring to a boil and cook for about 30 minutes.
Cut potatoes into cubes and add to the soup.
After 10 minutes put the fried vegetable, add salt, bay leaf.
Boil for 10 minutes and remove the soup from the stove. Let stand for 20 minutes.
Add dill before serving.
