Pilaw with beef

Beef - 500 gr.
Rice - 600 gr
Carrot (large) - 4 pcs.
Onions (large) - 4 pcs.
Garlic - 1 pc.
Salt and spices - to taste.
Water - 1 lt.

Cut onions into cubes, carrots grate, and add everything to the pan.
Cut meat into cubes, add in a pot with onions and carrots. Mix with vegetables and salt to taste.
On top evenly pour a layer of rice.
Pour the pan with boiling hot water, so the rice will be completely covered with 2 fingers on top. Cover and cook for 30 minutes on low heat.
Open the pan, add the garlic and spices. Leave for simmering for another 10 minutes.
Stir thoroughly. Turn off the oven and leave the pilaw to cool slightly.
