Pork - 630 g.
Onion - 150 g.
Carrot - 150 gr.
Ketchup - 50 oz.
Bouillon - 250 gr.
Salt - 5 gr.
Ground black pepper - 4 gr.
Bay leaf - 1 pc.
Dill - 10 g.
Fry pork meat without oil in the frying pan (Tefal).
Put the finely chopped onion and carrot and fry for 10 minutes.
Add ketchup, spices, salt, bay leaf.
Pour with hot bouillon.
Stew on low heat for 1 hour.
Before 5 minutes to readiness sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
