Egg chicken protein - 90 gr.
Milk 0.5% - 100 gr.
Salt - 2 gr.
In a bowl, separate the egg whites.
Add milk to the proteins, a little salt.
Mix well with a mixer.
The resulting mixture is poured into a container and placed in a steamer for 20 minutes.
Serve with greenery.
