Potatoes - 3 pcs
Pumpkin - 300 gr.
Salt and pepper to taste
Cream 20% - 150 ml
Greens to taste
Water - 500 mL
Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan.
Peel potatoes and cut into cubes.
Cook vegetables to readiness, add salt and freshly ground pepper.
Then it is necessary to drain some water and grind hot vegetables in a blender to smooth.
Mix the chopped vegetables and cream in a saucepan. Pour on plates and decorate with greenery. Soup is quite thick, you can dilute it with cream or broth from the vegetables. All is ready.
