Risotto with mushrooms
Rice - 200 gr.
Mushrooms (champignon) - 300 gr.
Onions - 200 gr.
Salt (to taste) - 10 gr.
Oil - 20 gr.
Water - 500 gr.
Finely chopped the onion. Chopped onion fry with oil to softness.
Finely chop the mushrooms. Add chopped mushrooms to the onions and fry for 10-15 minutes until cooked, stir carefully.
Next, in a frying pan with mushrooms and onions add dry, nonwashed rice, salt. Add water as rice absorb the water before it is ready.
