Beef fillet - 500 g
Oil - 3 tbsp.
Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Black pepper - 0.25-0.5 tsp.
Cut fillet into pieces of 2-3 cm thick. Lightly beat off. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a frying pan heat the oil.
Put steaks into the pan with hot oil and fry on both sides until the desired degree of readiness.
When serving pour the steaks with frying meat juice.
