Turkey - 850 gr.
Onions - 150 gr.
Carrots - 50 gr.
Sunflower oil - 70 gr.
Water - 80 gr.
Salt - 6 gr.
Wash turkey and cut into small pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan and put the turkey meat piece by piece, so that they are evenly distributed over the surface. Fry on high heat without stirring for 3-4 minutes, then stir and cook for another 3 minutes. As a result, you should get the pieces of turkey with a crust.
Chop the onion finely, grate the carrot.
Fry vegetables in a pan separately from meat. First fry the onion for 3 minutes, then add the carrots and fry for another 3 minutes.
Add roasted meat to vegetables, salt. Mix all properly and fry on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, boil the water in a kettle.
Pour 1 cup of boiling water into the pan. Stir, reduce heat, cover and leave to stew for 20 minutes.
