Stuffed cabbage rolls
Cabbage (average) - 1 pc.
Minced meat (pork-beef) - 400 gr.
Onions (medium) - 1 pc.
Rice (boiled) - 1/2 cup.
Sour cream - 0.5 liters.
Ketchup - 2 tbsp
Salt (to taste) - 2 gr.
Seasoning (spices to taste) - 2 gr.
Boil the rice.
Finely chopped the onion. Mix the minced meat, onion, salt and add spices to taste, mix well.
Cabbage leaves scald a bit to become softer. Cut the stalks from the cabbage, carefully separate the cabbage leaves. Thick sheet cut with a knife.
Make from mince the cutlets and place in the middle of the sheet. Wrap the cutlets in a cabbage leaf.
Mix the sour cream and ketchup for tomato sauce.
At the bottom of a deep frying pan put the remaining cabbage leaves, put on them stuffed cabbage rolls. Pour on top the tomato-cream sauce and leave to stew on low heat for 40-60 minutes.
