Water 200 ml
Salt 1 teaspoon
Flour 600 gr
Onions 4 pieces
Potatoes 8 pcs.
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
Dissolve salt in water. Sift flour, make a hole, gradually pouring water to knead the dough. It must be dense.
Place the dough in a bowl and cover with a lid, let it rest for 30-40 minutes.
Boil the potatoes. Drain the water.
To make a mash, gradually adding water in which potatoes were boiled.

In the finished mashed potatoes add fried onions, the filling is ready, you can sculpt lean dumplings.
