Beef - 500 gr
Sweet pepper - 1 pc
Onion (sweet varieties) - 1 pc
Chili pepper - ½ pod (much as possible);
Garlic - 2 cloves;
Vinegar 70% - ½ tbsp (or half a lemon juice);
Oil - 4 tbsps
Salt - to taste.
We start with the preparation of the marinade. Hot chili pepper cut into small pieces, shift into a large bowl. Add garlic passed through a press. Mix with vinegar (or lemon juice), pour 3 tablespoons. of oil.
Beef necessarily cut into strips (this is the main idea of the recipe).
Place the beef in a bowl with the marinade. Salt and carefully mix the meat. Remove the bowl in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Already marinated meat spread on a heated pan with 1 tbsp. of oil, fry over on medium heat.

When the meat is lightly browned and all the liquid has evaporated, add the onion and sweet pepper. Fry all together for another 5 minutes. Pepper slices cook to golden hue, but remain juicy inside.
The original dish serve with Mexican pita bread and a variety of sauces.
